It would have been nice if sales manager would have told me truck had issues when I asked him current condition of vehicle. The emissions and DEF system had been all deleted. It's normally a good service department but this time I asked them to fix my air conditioning and they said they did and charged me for it and now 2 weeks later it isn't working again. They have fraudulent practices. Alex Libdeh lied about of financing, costing us 1,000s. They also overcharged us. When we told them they tried to present fraudulent paperwork. At our last service appt on our Edge we needed a replacement on a part that was recalled & our vehicle is still under warranty & yet we were told that we would have to pay for it to be replaced??
