I literally paid a diagnosis fee when I specifically said was wrong with the car to begin with and ended up walking out paying 200 for just an oil change. When I arrived the service desk gentleman said he’d be right with me and proceeded to do what he was doing, another service person said the same thing next to him after I paced for about 10 minutes waitin right with me and proceeded to do what he was doing, another service person said the same thing next to him after I paced for about 10 minutes waiting patiently, the next service person after waiting another 5 minutes asked if I’d been helped which I responded no. I was finally provided service. I was there for an oil change and was told during the oil change all floods would be topped off and tread depth and brake pad thickness would be checked. I didn’t receive any of that info and only received a receipt. More
