They fixed the washer pump & cleaned fuel lines. Car runs great. They had part in stock- that was great since my vehicle is a 2009. I am hanging onto my vehicle since it only has 51,000 miles on it. When I arrived the service desk gentleman said he’d be right with me and proceeded to do what he was doing, another service person said the same thing next to him after I paced for about 10 minutes waitin right with me and proceeded to do what he was doing, another service person said the same thing next to him after I paced for about 10 minutes waiting patiently, the next service person after waiting another 5 minutes asked if I’d been helped which I responded no. I was finally provided service. I was there for an oil change and was told during the oil change all floods would be topped off and tread depth and brake pad thickness would be checked. I didn’t receive any of that info and only received a receipt. More
