I had a horrible experience with the service area when my car broke down no calls were initiated and my calls were always going into a full message voice mail. I arrived on time for my 9 am appointment for an oil change and to check a recall on the air bags. After no one came out to advise me of what was happening to my car, at approx 11 am I went to the wind change and to check a recall on the air bags. After no one came out to advise me of what was happening to my car, at approx 11 am I went to the window to inquire. I was told someone would be out to talk to me. This happened to me 3 additional times when I finally demanded to speak to either whomever was working on my car or a manager. Mind you, I had now been waiting for almost 4 hours. Needless to say, I will not be bringing my car back as I have never been treated like this and I would not expect anyone to be treated in this fashion. I finally pulled out of the dealership at 1:15 in the afternoon. More
