I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the customer service I received when I called your dealership on 08/20/25 to obtain a quote for replacing the brakes and rotors on my Toyota Tacoma. Upon calling, I was transferred through six different extensions before finally reaching the parts department. This process was frustrating and time-consuming, as it seemed there was no clear protocol for handling such inquiries. Once connected to the parts department, the representative was unwilling to provide a comprehensive quote. Instead, they insisted on pricing each part separately and expected me to independently determine the labor costs. This approach was unhelpful and did not meet my expectations for professional assistance. When I requested to speak with a manager to address these issues, I was simply transferred back to the service department without any resolution or further escalation. This experience was unacceptable and reflects poorly on your dealership’s commitment to customer satisfaction. As a Toyota owner, I expect better support when seeking maintenance services for my vehicle. I kindly requested and provide me with a proper, all-inclusive quote for the brake and rotor replacement, including parts and labor. I did not get this . More

We had an extremely disappointing and frustrating experience at Schaumburg Toyota. After spending the entire day visiting dealerships, we finally found what we thought was the perfect used vehicle he experience at Schaumburg Toyota. After spending the entire day visiting dealerships, we finally found what we thought was the perfect used vehicle here. After test driving the car and confirming with the salesperson that it was still available, we left the lot to finalize our decision. Just before closing — literally 7 minutes before — we called to place a deposit. At that time, the car was still listed as available in their system. According to the dealership’s own stated policy, a vehicle is not sold until a deposit is placed or paperwork is signed. We gave our payment information and were told everything was good. Then, 30 minutes later, we received a call from the general manager claiming the car had been sold earlier in the day. This made absolutely no sense, since we had just test driven it and had been assured it was available. The GM offered no apology, no explanation — just a cold, dismissive tone. It was painfully clear that our deposit was overridden because the manager had a better offer and chose to prioritize that, regardless of the promises made to us. This dealership claims to operate by clear standards, but our experience shows otherwise. We feel completely misled and taken advantage of. It’s incredibly disheartening to be treated this way when we were in a vulnerable position, relying on the integrity of the staff. This wasn’t just a miscommunication — it was a dishonest and greedy decision at our expense. We will not be returning, and we strongly encourage others to be cautious when dealing with this location. If they don’t stand by their own policies, what else won’t they stand by? More

Purchased a 2016 VW Tiguan and 5 days later check engine light came on. Contacted Schaumburg Toyota by email and phone and stated they would not do anything for it. I took it to local certified VE mechanic light came on. Contacted Schaumburg Toyota by email and phone and stated they would not do anything for it. I took it to local certified VE mechanic and the turbo was out which was $3,000. Do not recommend More
