Let me start by saying I hate buying new cars and was not looking forward to the process. Fortunately, my sales guy was Zaya Ochana. I have to tell you, Zaya did everything right. He was very professional, friendly and helpful without being pushy at all. In short, he made it an enjoyable experience. In addition, I was on a pretty tight time frame the day of purchase. Knowing that, Zaya worked hard to expedite the process so I could keep the time commitments I had that day. Next I met with the “finance guy”. At this point I thought things would get a bit less enjoyable. Fortunately, I was wrong. Thomas Sayasane was also extremely professional, informative, and friendly. He explained to me the various additional options without attempting to pressure me and also worked quickly to expedite the process on my behalf. It was a pleasant surprise and one which completed the sales process in a very positive manner. In short, my purchase at Schaumburg Toyota was an enjoyable experience and one which I would recommend to my friends and family. More

The sales Professional Zaya Ochana Was very nice and friendly and he work with his manager Joe Shoemaker to make our experience buying a Toyota the best car experience we ever had.! The car my wife wanted was a White 4 runner with all the bells and whistles and it had to come from another Toyota dealership, Zaya got the car on his day off and gave me a call that night and told me that I could come in and pick it that would have to cleaned and ready to go. Zaya Ochana stayed late and spend a hour going step by step with my wife so she understood every feature about the car, along with setting up her phone to the car for the hands free calling.. I never written a review for something I have purchased, but I feel The Schaumburg Toyota really cares about the cars they sell, and the people they sell them to.I would highly recommend this dealers. I have always had my car serviced @ Schaumburg Toyota because of Brian Matuszewski. He has been my service advisor for about 9 years and has always done an outstanding job. He is fair and honest, and looks out for his customers. I currently own a 2004 Sienna and a 2012 Highlander and trust only him with the servicing of my cars (nothing against the other staff). He makes sure my vehicles are serviced properly and makes suggestions of what I can do to help maintain my vehicles are running properly. James Bryant (JB) has been the mechanic that always works on my cars and this is great because he knows everything there is about my cars. He even takes time out to talk to me about things on my cars and even offers advice. A perfect example is, the other day I was servicing my Sienna and they noticed I had a very small coolant leak and advised me that this would need to be fixed. I had originally came in for just a quick oil change and JB went above and beyond what I expected because just in conversation with Brian and him I mentioned that I was going out of state. JB checked the car over because he cares about what he does and found a problem that could have turned into a bigger problem for my family while out of state. A BIG THANKS TO BOTH BRIAN AND JB. Keep up the OUTSTANDING work. the owners of Schamburg Toyota are lucky to have such great employees.
