Really disappointed, not even a month with the car I got with them and the paint is falling off from bumper so I went back to see what was going on and the guy it was the manager give me a really dump expla with them and the paint is falling off from bumper so I went back to see what was going on and the guy it was the manager give me a really dump explanation that the reason why the paint was falling it was cause to bending the bumper or something like that, reason to make the paint start to fall also I told him but the paint from the bumper is different from the rest of the car and again he answer it with a dumb explanation, oh it’s because the bumper will never be the same color as the rest of the car cause it plastic and that I could see the differences on any other car honestly that moment I wasn’t sure to laugh or get mad at that person so I took it to a Hyundai dealer and had them check it out and said to me oh this car was repainted from the bumper and the cause could of been that maybe it got in a car crash and had to replaced the bumper and painted the way it wasn’t supposed to or the touch up some areas the were damaged. It’s a really disappointment cause they never gave me or informed me anything about that car history like other dealers do and at the end this dealer schoepp motors did absolutely nothing about It and yet still wanted to charge me for a touch up! What a frustration!! More

Truly service and sales with a smile I had to get a new vehicle as my old one died, very last minute. Arrived at Schoepp and was greeted by Dave. He took the time to find out what type o I had to get a new vehicle as my old one died, very last minute. Arrived at Schoepp and was greeted by Dave. He took the time to find out what type of vehicle, options, and price range I had in mind. Then, in the midst of a freak spring snow shower, he willingly walked the lot to show me vehicles that fell in my list of requirements. Dave was knowledgeable and willing to answer all of my questions. We ended up taking two for test drives and Dave was really engaging and again answered all of my questions. Back in the office, he demonstrated complete transparency about the vehicles and any deficiencies that may have existed. I didn't feel pressured at any time. Once I made a choice, he got me going with the financing department, which was a great relief to me. I had an issue with a burned out headlight the night I got the car home, called Dave the next day and he got me in touch with Service to get it changed with no charge to me. Superior service right there. Scott really made a potentially stressful time much easier with his approachability and efficiency with which he got me in and out the signing for the vehicle. He made it seem like I was his sole focus, even though I'm quite sure he was far busier than he let on. In closing, I can't say enough good about Schoepp Motors and I will be back for future car purchase and service needs. More
