Resolved After posting a negative review here I was contacted by the service manager to help resolve at least the condition of the used car we received. When w After posting a negative review here I was contacted by the service manager to help resolve at least the condition of the used car we received. When we first picked up the vehicle we were not pleased with the lack of cleanliness of the vehicle, but after getting another, more detailed, cleaning this was remedied. While Charlie was great up front, neither me or my wife have heard anything more from him, other than a reminder to bring our vehicle in for it's 3 month service check-up. While we felt that we did get an OK deal I'm not sure that I would highly recommend Schoep Motors - OK but not great. Thanks, Tony, for doing the detailed cleaning. It was much appreciated and helped smooth over the hurt feelings we had. More
