Feeling a little rushed and surprised Great experience with Issac. Very friendly and helpful. We were not told that there would not be any warranty until we were going through the paperwork. Issac should have told us that when we were on the test drive. We were surprised that there wasn't even a 3 month warranty. Donna told us that they inspected it and even though there was no warranty that they would take care of the issue if there was one. Carl noticed a hesitation a couple of times when taking off from stopping. He had the service department look at it again today and was told it was fine. We are a little worried about that and hope we don't have any issues with it. More

poor customer service. I bought an f150. Not even 24 hours later parked overnight in driveway, would not start. had to jump it. 2 days later same spot same situation. I cont I bought an f150. I make an appointment take day off work to get it fixed. Service department tested battery and said it was a good battery. Good batteries don't die. They never suggested figuring out what could have killed it. I am not happy spending $29,000 on a undependable vehicle. Thanks schoepp motors you really do care!! More

Happy with the experience. He was willing to work with me and get me a good deal on my trade-in. Friendly staff We went here looking for a truck that my fiance noticed. Up and Down Car Buying Experience I've waited about a week and a half since buying our truck from Schoepp to write this review to give it a fair and honest review and write a review no I've waited about a week and a half since buying our truck from Schoepp to write this review to give it a fair and honest review and write a review not based on a knee jerk reaction. Our experience while buying our truck was great. Dan though busy with other customers was nice and worked with us to get a fair price on both our trade in and our new truck. We were pretty happy with our experience up until we shook hands on the deal. That's where the wheels began to fall off. It was mildly off putting to be made to feel guilty by both our salesman (Dan) and finance (Amy) because we were quote "getting such a good deal" and made to feel as though we were ripping them off. We had closed the deal at closing time on a Saturday and were rushed to get out of there. Dan never went through anything with us on the new truck and had left before we were even done transferring things over to our new truck. We did appreciate his willingness to help move things over while we signed paperwork but we had discovered after getting home that we were missing a couple of things from the old truck. I contacted Dan on Monday and got no response and later in the week followed up with a manager and again never received a response as to our missing items. We had a few other customer service complaints that also seem to have gotten brushed under the rug and thus the three star rating. I'm certainly on the fence on whether or not I would recommend or go back to Schoepp Motors for another vehicle purchase. Fair pricing, mediocre customer service. More
