Excellent Customer Service My husband and I were looking to trade in the vehicle that we had previously gotten from this particular dealership back in December of 2016. The vehi My husband and I were looking to trade in the vehicle that we had previously gotten from this particular dealership back in December of 2016. The vehicle was fine, we still owed on it, but it just wasn't what we needed. With great hesitation, we decided to at least go look at other vehicles just to get an idea of what mountains we maybe facing. Looking around the lot on our first initial visit, we encountered Sales Representative, Shane Sorenson. It was pouring rain, we were in our truck, but he stood right out there with us, ask questions to find out our needs and concerns, and promised that he would help us in any way he could. We found him to be very professional and quite honest. We were given his card and assured that we could contact him at any time with questions regarding vehicles at all 3 locations. Needless to say, upon our second visit to the dealership a week later, we came out with a vehicle that met our every need and more. We applaud the outstanding customer service we received from Shane Sorenson, (Finance Manager),Scott Lux, and the (General Manager), Matt Hassler. This trio team made sure that EVERYTHING was EXCEPTIONAL from beginning to end. This team worked magic and made sure that every question was answered. My husband and I would recommend that if you are in need of a vehicle, stop in at Schoeep Motors to see Shane Sorenson.
