Our first time in this dealership. We saw a car in the lot and stopped in. Salesman approached us in a very professional and friendly manner. I went home and got on my computer to gain more information about the car and the dealership. We decided to buy the car. Disappointed I was initially pleased with the service when we purchased our used vehicle. Unfortunately, the follow-up was a huge disappointment. We had some minor I was initially pleased with the service when we purchased our used vehicle. Unfortunately, the follow-up was a huge disappointment. We had some minor fixes that we negotiated into our deal. Our salesman said they would give us a call the following week to schedule an appointment. When they didn't call us, we called them and were told it was too busy and to call back after the weekend. To make a long story shorter, we called a number of times and each time no one knew about our negotiated service, even though we asked them after the second call to make sure the information was in the computer. Apparently the salesman forgot to give us the correct paperwork so we didn't have a copy and one was never turned in to the service department . Additionally, the salespeople were much more willing to talk with my husband than me and at times were quite rude. I had to ask twice to speak to a manager and felt that he did nothing to rectify the situation. Hugely disappointed in our experience and will not use them for future service. More
