Wonderful people! Joey was a great salesman! He wasn't trying to sell anything that we weren't there to buy, and he was very helpful in selling us what we were there to Joey was a great salesman! Great Salesman - Poor customer service in Finance Marty was a great salesman. In fact I did not feel like he was trying to 'sell' me anything. He helped me sort out my likes and dislikes. My other Marty was a great salesman. In fact I did not feel like he was trying to 'sell' me anything. He helped me sort out my likes and dislikes. My other car had been totaled so I needed a new car fast. It was a little overwhelming but he helped my sort it out. Test drove three different models and decided on the Corolla. I am thrilled with my car and the price. When we moved into the room with Donna for the financing she was very efficient- so efficient that she didn't ask who's car it was and all of the paperwork was drawn up in my husband's name. My car and my payments! Worse part was when I called her back the next day she was argumentative and defensive of why she was right. I mentioned that I hate it when I schedule my car for service and they ask my husband's name. She did not get it at all! Thinking it over I should of insisted that all the paperwork be redone before we signed. My first new car in over ten years and one I will probably keep a long time. Despite loosing my old car getting a new car ought to be a joyous occasion. I found her attitude very condescending and downright sexist. More

Bad experience that turned out good I purchased a mini van from schoepp that was JUNK..it hadn't come with a warranty but after much debate and quite a bit of help from my salesman Nick I purchased a mini van from schoepp that was JUNK..it hadn't come with a warranty but after much debate and quite a bit of help from my salesman Nick we reached a happy medium and i was able to trade it back in for what I paid which was put towards the Hummer I now have and love. Timing is everything So when I first walked on the lot I was overwhelmed with all my options. Mike took the time to go over all the things that I was looking for and gave So when I first walked on the lot I was overwhelmed with all my options. Mike took the time to go over all the things that I was looking for and gave me some options. I took a look at a couple jeeps and they were just not quite what I was looking for, so he dug deeper. It turned out someone had just traded in a very nice jeep that he thought he could get to my price point. So I decided to wait for the detail guys to go over it and see how much work needed to go into it. I continued looking elsewhere in the meantime, and found a not as good, but cheaper car at another dealership(they were not nearly as helpful) I came back a few days later to see if the jeep was ready for sale. Mike told me that because of all the work that had to be put into it I was going to probably not get it for as good of a price as I wanted. Fortunately mike had been keeping his eyes open for me and had a Saab 97x lined up for me to drive and I loved it!!! 45 minutes later I drove it off the lot!!! Thanks mike. More

Great Service!! We bought a Denali the end of May from Mike Douglas and he was very knowledgable about the vehicles they had on the lot and understood what we were lo We bought a Denali the end of May from Mike Douglas and he was very knowledgable about the vehicles they had on the lot and understood what we were looking for. It was a very smooth transaction and we were on our way! Because we purchased on a Saturday we didn't get the vehicle detailed before we left. In the next week we noticed (after we washed it) that two fo the rims were pretty well shot. also the tonneau cover would not stay closed. We swung by the dealership, they looked everything over and decided it would be best to replace the two wheels and the tonneau cover. They ordered the part and within a few weeks we had 2 new tires, a new tonneau cover, and a fabulously detailed truck! The service department was SUPER accomodating and easy to work with. Very freindly and professional. The best buying and service experiences I have ever had. More
