Great service from afar. Mike Douglas and Schoepp made my out of state, online purchase of a 4Runner feel like I was doing business on the lot. When I couldn't find what I was looking for near me, I expanded my search and landed on a Schoepp Autotrader ad with just what I was looking for. Mike honored the online list price, which sounds like it may have been a mistake (in my favor), and even drove the truck to a local Toyota dealer for an additional inspection at my request. Can't say that I'm 100% comfortable with remote vehicle purchases in general, but my experience with Mike and Schoepp gives me faith that there are good guys and gals out there selling used cars. Great we love or VAN!! Schoepp Motors Has Great Employees & cars!! My Husband and I said we wanted to trade in our 2006 van for a newer one by the new year. There are 3 couples that go, so we need space for 6 Adults plus Stuff!! So we started out on Halloween late morning to get an idea of what was around. It was raining and we were just driving around the car lots. We took our car, not the Van, because we were not going to buy today!! This was our tenth or so lot we drove thru or walked around looking... well we ran into Ross Holcomb at Schoepp Motors. He took his time with us. We found the New Van ( new for us).It has all the bells & whistles we wanted and more than we needed. Ross knew all the answers to our questions or got them right away. We had to go get our Van so my husband & Ross took the New Van to our house. I drove our car. Then Ross drove our Van back to the lot!! They are Great!! 7 months later no car This is a no warrenty dealership. I bought a 2009 gmc acadia 7 months ago. I dont get to use it much due to all the issues.
