So far, so good. I've always bought my cars outright from their owners so this was my first time dealing with a dealership. I chose Schoepp Motors because both my mom and sister had purchased vehicles from them. I took my mom and dad along with me because they know much more about vehicles than I do. Patrick was my salesperson and I made it clear from the beginning that I was not going to be sold a lemon (and hopefully I haven't been.) He seemed a little annoyed that I asked so many questions and I basically made it clear that I didn't believe anything he said, but overall working with him went well. You have to go into a dealership knowing that these people will do and say just about anything to get you to buy a vehicle from them. Just make sure you know your budget and your credit score before you walk in there. And it definitely helps to bring someone who is car savvy if you are not yourself. That being said, I got a good deal for my trade-in and a great warranty and I love my 2013 Toyota Prius. I'm having my first service appointment with them tomorrow for an alignment. I will report back if my expectations are unmet. More
