Patrick was very helpful in my car purchase. Initially he was responsive enough to call me back after I left him a message concerning the car I wanted. He was able to let me know that there was some possiblity of negotiation on the price of the car. Because of this I made the drive to Middleton to see the car. It was the car I wanted. In the test drive I thought that the car was running rough so before I took the car home he made sure that it was serviced. He offered me a loaner for the next day and even filled it up with gas. All of this was happening during a snow storm. Partick was able to negotiate a price that I was happy with and started the process of financing. If I have any thing that was not really great it was that when i came to pick up the car on Friday it was not ready. I did not have a stated specific time but I was unaware that it needed a new part. This was late due to the snow storm which could not be helped. Patrick offered to buy me lunch while I was waiting. I have never bought a car from a dealer before and overall the experience was very positive More

I called the dealership and spoke with Mark. Within a few minutes he was able to located a car on the lot that fit most of my requirements and he worked with me on the price to include installation of the fe minutes he was able to located a car on the lot that fit most of my requirements and he worked with me on the price to include installation of the features the car was lacking for my taste.
