Nice used car :) I went to Schoepp Motors last Saturday 4-26-2014 to see Nathan, and to just looks at what he could do for me as far as cars. He was able to get me a used 2011 Rav4 with only about 29,400 miles on it. I was so suprised when he told me that this was my car instead of the one that I originally had test drove. When we got onto Schoepp Motors lot we were approached, not in a predator way but a customer service way!! We did not know exactly what we wanted. Since they only sell pre-owned vehicles they are not biased to any one brand and will really help you find what is best for you! When we worked with Mike we felt that he was not just trying to get the sale, he considered what we needed as a family and our budget and really found us the best fit! The building is clean and comfortable, the staff is friendly. We had to bring our 3 kids with us and instead of being put out by them, Mike was so friendly with them and really helped them feel included in the experience! We had a great experience with Schoepp Motors and would most definitely use them again!!! More

Sean was a super nice guy who was actually there to help. He was honest and upfront with me on all aspects of buying a car. He told me what I needed to do and instead of telling me the vehicle that I should look at he asked what I was looking for in a vehicle. I explained and he showed. They had a great selection of vehicles and I wasnt pressured by him toward one vehicle or another. Even after I had basically decided what vehicle I wanted he double and triple checked my options and made sure I and my fiance were both happy. After the choice was made and numbers were talked about the next step took place and the deal then was handed to Donna to figure out the financing. She fought for me and got me the financing with the best rate she could. After everything was complete it wasnt a push me out the door with my vehicle it was hey thanks again and handshakes and asking if there was anything else i needed. I would highly recommend not only schoepp motors but asking for Sean to show me the inventory. Do not hesitate to deal with him or the dealership. Great people and great cars. Thanks again guys!! Unbeatable Customer Service! From the moment I walked in the door to the moment I left the lot, Nathan made me feel comfortable and at ease. I told Nathan I needed a vehicle that wouldn't go over a certain dollar amount per payment, something reliable, and good on gas. After walking me through some possible options we found a Ford Edge, the price was right, MPG's were great, and the payments were right where I wanted them. When Nathan and I went into his office and we started the paper work, he was very in depth on everything I was signing and made sure I understood everything. That was refreshing, I've been to other dealerships and when it comes to signing its just , wham bam thank you ma'am, and they send you out the door. I was very happy with the customer service Nathan provided and I know that when its time for me or my wife to get another car, we will definitely be going back to see Nathan. More
