BUYER BEWARE! Purchased a 2018 Ford Escape with tow package. The electrical housing for the tow package is missing. Schoepp says there is nothing they can do. We can bring it in and pay for the elec package. The electrical housing for the tow package is missing. Schoepp says there is nothing they can do. We can bring it in and pay for the electrical housing to be put on. Around $200, If I purchase a vehicle with tow package, everything should be there.
