Incompetent Finance Staff Steer clear of this dealer. The finance staff is incompetent and have zero communication skills. After driving to the dealer and writing a check for the car, the finance department said that a loan for the car had already been processed. There are too many other dealers to do business with, to have to deal with ones that refuse to inform the customer what is going on during a car purchase. More

Bought Car from West Coast Bought a used Honda Certified car from Scott Clark Honda after seeing it on the internet. Paid cash, took a few days to make it on transport headed f Bought a used Honda Certified car from Scott Clark Honda after seeing it on the internet. Paid cash, took a few days to make it on transport headed for west coast. Received car a couple weeks later. Seemed great. However, we found the car a/c wasn't working well when on drive to Utah. Took it in to nearby dealership and had it fixed. Took a little bit of communicating, but in the end Scott Clark Honda stood behind their certified car. Thank you. More

I wanna thank John for being paitent and not to aggressive on the sale he knew I wanted the vehicle so it work out. I also wanna say great job to fiance and delivery guy who went over my car. Young man said he hadnt been there long but he went over car from bumper to radio to spare tire and gas cap. I like detailed people like that it lets me know he knows about vehicle.He helped me set up my bluetooth because I told him my last car was 05 he said no worries we can sit here until all your question are answered.All the people I crossed paths with on my purchase were really nice people all get 5 stars.I hope this review helps the next person stop and give this dealeeship a chance.
