Very Impressed I was traveling to Charlotte when I realized that an oil change was due in my 2015 CRV. I was able to schedule that service very quickly. They poin I was traveling to Charlotte when I realized that an oil change was due in my 2015 CRV. I was able to schedule that service very quickly. They pointed out to me that my transmission fluid and brake fluid were in need of replacement even though I had already had my 30,000 mile checkup at another dealership in another city. I appreciated their pointing this out to me, and of course I had them complete that service as well. Can't say anything but positive comments about this dealership and their team! If I lived anywhere near Charlotte, this is definitely the dealership that I'd be dealing with! More
