Fast, Family Friendly, and Focused. I worked with William Villiamil during this sale and it was a wonderful experience. I had my 4-year-old son with me and the dealership is very attenti I worked with William Villiamil during this sale and it was a wonderful experience. I had my 4-year-old son with me and the dealership is very attentive to the fact that you have a family and sensitive to being respectful of your time, and your experience. During this visit, we ended up test driving a vehicle, negotiating on price, and finally purchasing a vehicle. The GM, JB Beckley, was so funny. My son loves gumballs (and candy, but then again doesn't every child) and he brought a huge bag of gumballs over and shared with my son. Then while we were waiting, JB noticed that my son was getting restless (don't they after 2 minutes), and swings by with a ping pong ball for him to play with. William was courteous, attentive and respectful to us through the entire process. The dealership is clearly run with effective, prompt, and customer-centric leadership from the top down. This is by far the most superb dealership I have been to and I would recommend it to all my family, friends, and co-workers. Ask for William and you will have a wonderful experience! More

The oil change that grew. I've had my used Honda/2011 a few years not paid off yet. Up until yesterday I haven't really had a great "take my car to the shop day" (and was kind I've had my used Honda/2011 a few years not paid off yet. Up until yesterday I haven't really had a great "take my car to the shop day" (and was kinda sorry I bought a Honda) went in for an oil change which grew into timing belt, tensioner, wheel aligment, and bushings/under warrenty. All that and I couldn't rent a car cause my drivers license was damaged. All this and Bobby Hardin was great he handled it quickly and basically took care of everything. He was nice and sympathetic and explained everything to me. Hands down Bobby was the best service advisor I've every had at Honda. More

Tremendous customer service Will Huffman was able to squeeze me in for an unscheduled maintenance. appointment. It was at 15% so I drove in to the dealership around 6:45 am and Will was able to get my car serviced and I was out around 8.am that same morning. The service was done in a very timely manner. I will definitely continue to return for any service needs. More
