Antonios, Thank you for taking the time to write your review. I am sorry to see that you feel dissatisfied with the service that you received. I did a little research into your recent visit and I found that you came in with an ABS light engaging, after our technician drove the car for a few miles he was unable to duplicate this issue. After finding nothing on the drive he pulled error codes from the car and found no codes showing any errors and that all sensors were working properly at this time. I would be interested to hear what the problem was that you found and how it was "fixed". In reference to the recommendations, every vehicle that comes in has a multi-point inspection performed on the vehicle to identify any concerns as well as anything on the vehicle that may need attention in order to maintain the integrity of the vehicle, look at it as a report card on the vehicle, if you will. One of these recommendations was new front brake pads since yours were at 3mm which is below specs. I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. I researched the problem myself and performed a zero point calibration and reset all ABS and VSC sensors and everyhing works like it should.
