I would rate this dealership 5 stars in service and fair to poor in sales. I have bought 3 Corollas(1985'1999, and 2024. Service on my 85 and 99 was excellent.My recent experience contains too many problem to poor in sales. I have bought 3 Corollas(1985'1999, and 2024. Service on my 85 and 99 was excellent.My recent experience contains too many problems to discuss in this limited venue-perhaps its the age gap, but I was left with many unanswered and troubling questions, I dealt with two salesmen, one who has cared to call 3 times, and one who seemed happy to make the sale and move on. Went to Scott Clark for our scheduled maintenance and found I needed rear brakes, my service rep Marshall Moore was very helpful in explaining why we shouldn’t wait and said it was my decision.
