Intermittent problem difficult to diagnose coming back again Caitlin was a great help to me on June 20. She checked on a past order also and followed up with everything needing to be looked at. The VVT job needed for the intermittent problem on my 2007 Avalon was priced at over $4000! At 152k even being 12 years old was way too excessive and seemed a bit much for a noise issue we could live with which was only on start up. Will it stay that way or totally fail, no answer on that one. I got a cash refund on touch up paint I prepaid for in 2018, forgot to pick up and found on my next visit that they returned to where ordered. They reordered it for me, didn’t have anyone to wait on me at last March visit when I tried to pick it up only to find that yesterday they had again returned the paint. Shipping to me was not offered and the dealership is out of my way to go to and I’m old and forgetful. Overall very happy with their service department and the friendly and courteous service received. Unhappy with mediocre Avalon paint job but this expensive problem was the only problem I have had with the car and love everything else about it. More
