This Dealership overall was good. Sales, did a Excellent job..the Management in Sales did everything right. The service department Management are not good, I had several issues with m Sales, did a Excellent job..the Management in Sales did everything right. The service department Management are not good, I had several issues with my Car and called 3 times to speak to a manager about it and no one got on the phone or called back. The regular service employees are excellent...but the service department Management need training and someone needs to find out why, they don't want to speak with customers about issues, the Service Department is their to provide service...not to avoid customers issues...as of now, I still haven't spoken to anyone. More

The scheduling of my appointment was made easy. I dropped off my vehicle the night before to avoid the morning rush. The only set back was that I thought my vehicle might have been run through the wash but it wasn’t. The staff was super helpful when picking up my vehicle. I went into the dealership and told the salesperson what I was looking for. They were very helpful, but unfortunately with all the shortages, they couldn't get the vehicle I wanted with the options and colo I was looking for. At this point, I'd say the dealership had a 5 star review. For the next two weeks, another salesperson continued to contact me about a vehicle and wanting me to come in to the dealership to talk about it. I explained that I'd already been in and the salesperson in the store had already helped me. They continued to text and call. I told them I no longer wanted to work with their dealership and I got exactly 8 more text messages about her wanting to earn my business. I finally said fine and told her what I was looking for. She told me the exact same thing I was told when I went into the dealership. There's a lack of communication within their sales organization that just ends up frustrating potential customers. Again, the salespeople I dealt with at the dealership were fantastic and very friendly without being pushy. More
