I have never had a problem until this past time, I dropped my car off and said I would wait like always. The gentleman said no more than an hour to and hour and a half like normal. After two hours of dropped my car off and said I would wait like always. The gentleman said no more than an hour to and hour and a half like normal. After two hours of sitting in the lobby I went to find him and he was missing, I found another gentleman and he was super nice. Apparently my car had been done for a while but the man who had originally helped me had better things to do and go into a meeting and not let anyone else know I was still sitting and waiting. I understand he had things to do but he should have told someone else to help me and not just let me sit there at 5 on a Friday. I am not happy with the serve if I received, and I will probably not be back. More
