I scheduled a drop off the night before for brake inspection and oil change knowing I needed brake work. I called at 0830 and was told my truck would be worked on at some point during the day. I had inspection and oil change knowing I needed brake work. I called at 0830 and was told my truck would be worked on at some point during the day. I had to call at 1200 to be told that my brakes had not even been looked at. I was told I would be given a call when they knew if they had the parts on hand to complete the work but I called again at 1445 to be told that they had the parts but were not sure when the truck would be done but should be done by the end of the day. Troubleshoot the issue during the day could not find the same issue I had left with the vehicle. Jordan went out of his way to help direct me on extended warranty.
