Service is good. The thing that I am not happy about is not open late one day per week or half day on Saturday for people getting oil change. I traveled from southeastern Massachusetts, as the vehicle I needed to purchase was challenging to find. It was well worth the trip and I will happily do it again in the future when we need to purchase another vehicle. Deal was pretty painless. Zoe is clearly new at her job but has no issues with her. Rick came out to perform the price haggling which again was painless. I feel I got a reasonable deal on my trade in as well as the price for my new (used) truck. The whole process of buying a vehicle now is seamless and efficient (paperwork etc..) My only complaint in the transaction was the cleaning of my new vehicle. It was mediocre with no attention to detail, several missed areas on the outside of the truck. More
