My oil change resulted with the technician only putting in 6 quarts instead of 8. Totally unacceptable. Also, lack of communication between the team members and the technician results in the technician t in 6 quarts instead of 8. Totally unacceptable. Also, lack of communication between the team members and the technician results in the technician taking my truck for a 15 mile ride when I could have explained to him what was going on and we never would have left the parking lot. Sometimes it makes sense to have the customer speak directly with the technician. More

Bill, Jay, Ed, Dominick and Mike were all great to deal with. Each had their own high points of knowledge and each was fully available to answer all questions right away. Through every step of my vehicle purchase they were fully transparent and nothing was hidden and no costs were snuck in at the last minute. In fact, there was an error made which resulted in Scranton biting off a substantial cost which was overseen during the initial transaction. And to that - hats off!!! It’s not to often in todays day and age that an individual or an organization will stand up to their own error - especially when it equates to them losing money. This is proof that Scranton and the employees at this dealership have INTEGRITY!! Very many thanks to the Scranton team for getting me into my new ride!! More
