Bill, Jay, Ed, Dominick and Mike were all great to deal with. Each had their own high points of knowledge and each was fully available to answer all questions right away. Through every step of my vehicle purchase they were fully transparent and nothing was hidden and no costs were snuck in at the last minute. In fact, there was an error made which resulted in Scranton biting off a substantial cost which was overseen during the initial transaction. And to that - hats off!!! It’s not to often in todays day and age that an individual or an organization will stand up to their own error - especially when it equates to them losing money. This is proof that Scranton and the employees at this dealership have INTEGRITY!! Very many thanks to the Scranton team for getting me into my new ride!! More

I made an appointment to have work done while i was at work so it would be done by the time i got out. I arrive after work. After much confusion they finally find my key and its determined the work has no work so it would be done by the time i got out. I arrive after work. After much confusion they finally find my key and its determined the work has not even been started yet. I m then told they will begin repair now and will be done in half hour. 45 minutes later its done. I m not happy about this whole situtation . More
