I bought my first vehicle from Scranton Chevrolet and I could not be happier! Being a first-time car owner, I was nervous going into a dealership. I like this dealership. I have bought 2 cars from them. Service has always been great but this last time when I picked up my vehicle the interior smelled disgusting and the I have bought 2 cars from them. Service has always been great but this last time when I picked up my vehicle the interior smelled disgusting and the steering wheel made my hands smell disgusting as well. I sheet the last few days airing it out and spraying febreeze on my seat which seems to be the culprit of the foul smell. My wife and kids even were disgusted when they got into my truck. More

I brought my 2nd vechile from Scranton's recently & I would return again for another one. They're friendly & smile, caring, helpful, patient when you ask questions & do their best to get you the answers would return again for another one. They're friendly & smile, caring, helpful, patient when you ask questions & do their best to get you the answers to them, they take the time to explain things you don't understand, welcoming to everyone who comes there and offer complimentary tv, beverages & snacks while waiting. I was completely satisfied & happy when I left the dealership with my new vechile the same day I walked in. Everyone I had contact there at Scrantons made my day and I would strongly recommend them to anyone and everyone who is looking for a vechile at a dealership with excellent customer service. More
