I don't live near the dealership nor have we ever heard of them, but I made a phone call to see if they could help my daughter with her car (Buick regal) that went into limp mode as she is trying to get ba of them, but I made a phone call to see if they could help my daughter with her car (Buick regal) that went into limp mode as she is trying to get back from her school to home in New York. Beverly and Oscar were fantastic and helped us with our situation immediately. They diagnosed the issue and was able to fix the problems right away. You CAN'T find great customer service anymore these days but apparently they are still out there, and your dealership is one of them, especially Beverly and Oscar. Excellent advisor very helpful and met timing stated for service. At time of purchase I bought the extended warranty to 100k miles. I expected not to pay for a sensor issue that was corrected with a AE u service. At time of purchase I bought the extended warranty to 100k miles. I expected not to pay for a sensor issue that was corrected with a AE update however was told unless a part is replaced it does not qualify for the extended warranty. You charged me $140 for 1 hour which is higher than your displayed price. Discussed with advisor with no reailution More

Was treated subpar compared to the person who pulled in before me. She was driving a newer Denali 2500 and two people instantly came over to help while I stood their waiting for assistance. I got a blunt ‘oil change, what’s the name, sign here’ more or less. I understand I didn’t buy at this particular dealership but at your sister dealership, I only came to this one out of convenience.
