I am so sorry to hear about all the trouble you had getting your car properly insured! Your frustration is certainly understandable. You should have been out enjoying your new car, but instead had to deal with all the not-so-fun parts of getting a new car. With so many many moving parts between us and your insurance company (and even the fax machine!) I would never venture to assume where the breakdown in communication occurred. But regardless of how or why it happened, you were still forced to deal with it, and for that you have our sincere apologies. I have made our Sales managers aware of the issues you had, so they can be more proactive in the future when dealing with insurance companies. Thank you for taking the time to leave your honest criticism. While of course we love to get the positive feedback, we know that the negative comments are the ones that we need to hear in order to improve. So thanks again, and have a great day!
