Purchasing via Email I did my shopping over the internet. Did not find a vehicle that matched my requirements at several dealers. Decided to build my vehicle with my opt I did my shopping over the internet. Did not find a vehicle that matched my requirements at several dealers. Decided to build my vehicle with my options, not what GM wants to sell. My contact at Scranton ran the vehicle thru GM's ordering site and gave me a quote without me going to the dealer. I did have to stop at the dealer to get a trade value. That took 1/2 hour of my time. Things were not completely smooth. They were restricted to the number of sales people on site by the virus, Mine was furthest from the dealers store, so he was sent home. I had to deal with another salesman, but he wrote the order and now I will wait until my vehicle arrives at the dealer. More

The staff was friendly as soon as I walked in and they directed me to James, which I was glad they did. James was very patient and not pushy at all. I took a test drive of a vehicle and went home and did some research. I then found another online I was interested in and James answered all my questions, and I took that for a test drive. He was not pressuring me at all. I was was able to take my time, do some more research and make my decision.He got back to me promptly with any questions I had, even after the sale. He took the time after the purchase- to help set up my phone and Onstar correctly. I did not give the dealership 5 stars because the detailing or "cleaning" department could have done a much better job - there was still film or wax on the truck in many places and it seemed like a "rushed" job.
