Service employees seem to turnover too often -- its a new face at every visit. Also customer waiting area needs an upgrade to include new furniture.

Oh, what awful luck! We completely understand your frustration, most of us have been in your shoes at one point or another. We're sorry it worked out this way, but unfortunately, our policy is that coupons are not applicable to past purchases, even those that are just BARELY in the past. We've found that it only causes more confusion and causes even more issues and frustration. No matter how long of a "grace period" we allowed, there would always be someone who just barely missed it, so in order to keep things equitable for everyone, we made it our policy not to allow it. However, we do want you to know that we appreciate your business, so if you'd like to respond privately with your contact info, I would be happy to find out if there is any way to provide you with a discount on your next visit - even if the coupon you have there is no longer applicable.

Your department was notified. Truck went back 3 times after the fact and I was told the scratches were taken care of. Well they werent. I went ahead bought a scratch remover kit and did it all myself. Exhaust gasket manifold was leaking (already in a 2019 Sierra), truck was brought back and fixed. I popped the hood to jump a friends truck and coolant line popped up with the hood. It literally hits the hood when you close it. Obviously your techs aren't "certified". Calling and trying fix what's been damaged is a waste of my time. I don't have time to keep coming back out of my way to the dealership for you to "maybe" fix it. Thanks for your time
