Excellent service in a difficult situation. My husband and I arrived 1 1/2 hours before closing. John was able to get us into the car we were interested in for a test drive, Sears financing partners were able to beat the APR we were approved for through our credit union and overall, our purchasing experience was excellent. All in all, we were in the door and out within 2 hours, we appreciated everybody’s kindness and willingness to stay beyond working hours for our benefit. More
