We recently purchased a vehicle at Sears and worked with Ben Grunewald. My husband and I were so impressed with the whole experience from start to finish. Ben answered all of our questions and really worked Ben Grunewald. My husband and I were so impressed with the whole experience from start to finish. Ben answered all of our questions and really worked with us when it came to our trade-in. He was so professional and very kind. He made the entire process so easy. Also we were super impressed with how attentive to detail the body shop manager was. He came over and introduced himself and guaranteed they'd fix the dent we had found. He made notes and assured us he'd take care of us. Great experience overall. Thank you Sears! More
