Customer service is definitely lacking at this dealership. When an appointment is made most if not all customers expect their vehicle services to be performed in an adequate amount of time especia dealership. Over three hours later and a call to the dealer I learned that the car was still not ready and needed an additional 15-20 minutes. This is not the first time I have experience this. Car was not vacuumed or washed which was conducted with previous visits. Consistency is key with customer service and this dealership really lacks this. I think Volvo needs to take a look into the operations of this dealership. I would never purchase a new Volvo form this place. More

Was in a car accident and my car was pulling to the left after it was fixed so I had an alignment done from Secor because I trust them totally…. I was told my passenger front tire could not be aligned. call after it was fixed so I had an alignment done from Secor because I trust them totally…. Secor was a pleasant place to buy a car. I spoke with Kayleigh and she got me a price on a used certified C40. She put me in contact with Otto who I drove up to from NY to see about the car. I had worked out a price but they came in higher on my trade once seeing it. This lead to the only issue. They owned me about $1100 and the check took a while to get. It was not explained to me that they take about two weeks to make sure my check is cleared before they send out the refund. I finally got the refund about 3 weeks after my purchase. Overall it was a good experience and they did not try to pull any shenanigans with pricing. More
