I have a 2002 Ford Thunderbird and the front number was ripped off by a passing car. I brought it to SECOR Collision Center in New London and they had to find parts for my 22 year old car. It took almost a month to secure all the parts they needed but they did a spectacular job putting my baby back together and I couldn’t be happier. Customer service is definitely lacking at this dealership. When an appointment is made most if not all customers expect their vehicle services to be performed in an adequate amount of time especia dealership. When an appointment is made most if not all customers expect their vehicle services to be performed in an adequate amount of time especially for an oil change. Over three hours later and a call to the dealer I learned that the car was still not ready and needed an additional 15-20 minutes. This is not the first time I have experience this. Car was not vacuumed or washed which was conducted with previous visits. Consistency is key with customer service and this dealership really lacks this. I think Volvo needs to take a look into the operations of this dealership. I would never purchase a new Volvo form this place. More

Was in a car accident and my car was pulling to the left after it was fixed so I had an alignment done from Secor because I trust them totally…. I was told my passenger front tire could not be aligned. call after it was fixed so I had an alignment done from Secor because I trust them totally…. I was told my passenger front tire could not be aligned. called the collision dept in the same building and they told me to bring it back in, thank God my insurance is taking care of it and hopefully we can resolve this issue.
