Secor Volvo Cars responded

Thank you for your time this morning to review this repair.As we stated,the coils were not damaged and did not require repair.We did replace 2 Volvo pin connectors,spliced and sealed with shrink wrap connectors.The repairs were performed by an expert level Volvo technician using approved methods.From the picture you sent it appears the mice may have returned and left more remnants. Sorry you feel the repairs were not adequate but we can assure you they are proper.
