John in the body shop helped me by looking at my bumper with paint missing and said it was rubber and better off doing nothing so I was done at that point and had spent almost nothing. Also asked Steve in Sales about racks for the car to carry my canoe which he showed me and explained. They can be ordered from the Parts Department and Julie provided the VIN number and Chris took it from there and provided a spec sheet, part number and price. It was one stop shopping. Very easy! Paper work sent for signatures was in may cases filled out electronically such that the correct boxes were not checked and written words were not in the correct fields. My new XC40 was towed with less than 400 miles on it as it would not drive. It was diagnosed as mouse damage an Secor noted I needed new coils and wiring. When I picked the car up and paid 349 dollars for it would not drive. It was diagnosed as mouse damage an Secor noted I needed new coils and wiring. When I picked the car up and paid 349 dollars for the service they had NOT replaced coils, had not done anything other than shoddily taping the wires with electrical tape and left the are a mess with mouse debris. I will never take my car to them again. More
