THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT WAS PARTICULARLY ACCOMMODATING TO OUR SITUATION. ALTHOUGH OUR SERVICE APPOINTMENT WAS STILL A WEEK AND A HALF IN THE FUTURE, ERIC ALLOWED US TO BRING OUR VOLVO IN EARLY ON THE OFT CH OUR SITUATION. Was not pleased that response to my low oil problem was that car needed a longer dipstick and that I would have to pay for it.
