Very friendly and helpful staff. The service department was very efficient with the length of time I waited. I enjoyed a nice cold beverage on a very hot day while waiting in the showroom. Very poor customer service everytime I go to Secor Volvo. They make you feel like you are an annoyance to them and don’t make you feel like you didn’t just spent $50,000 there. I wish there was another Volvo They make you feel like you are an annoyance to them and don’t make you feel like you didn’t just spent $50,000 there. I wish there was another Volvo dealership close so I could go somewhere else.
