Horrible, workmanship is horrible, service is horrible, no one gets back to you, I’m still waiting for my original post to be replayed AND they resent the rating chart. My bumper was reinstalled bc headlight issues, I bought the car with a perfect bumper (pictures included) when it came back the bumper was improperly installed with the corners popping out!! Their response from the used manager was “it’s a used car live with it”. SERIOUSLY?! I didn’t buy the car like this! Ruthless don’t care about their customer as at all! More

Our sales person, Corey, was very helpful and curtious. He wasn't pushy and let us see several jeep grand cherokees. They have the biggest inventory of pre-owned certified vehicles on the island.
