Made my car worse Service center took over a month to get my transmission. Works fine so I can live with that, but they destroyed the steering rack of my car and would Service center took over a month to get my transmission. Works fine so I can live with that, but they destroyed the steering rack of my car and wouldn’t own up to it and warranty wouldn’t cover. Cost me over $1000 out of pocket. Not only did they ruin it and not own up to it, they didn’t even say anything when I got the car back. l got into the car to drive away and was all over the road. Could have caused a serious accident. I pulled back into the lot at which point the service station said it wasn’t them. The car was on the border of un-driveable. There is no way I could have driven the car like that before it was brought in for the transmission issue. Such a shame I love dodge cars but I will never go there again and I’ll always steer my friends and relatives (who all love mopars) away from security dodge. I’m sure nothing will come of this review and I’m wasting my time, but it would be nice to receive some type of compensation for over a month of inconvenience in dishonesty. More
