This place is such a waste of time I am so sick of dealing with this place. Brought my car in last Thursday at 730 AM to have them check the software and to give me a new key. 730 pm ro I am so sick of dealing with this place. Brought my car in last Thursday at 730 AM to have them check the software and to give me a new key. 730 pm rolls around have not had a single phone call about my car so I give them a call for them to tell me that the car hasn't even been looked at, 12 hours at this point my car sat there with nothing being done and no one was going to call me. They said it was going to be looked at the next day so I give them the whole day I call again at 730 pm so at this point my car has been sitting there for 36 hours, and they let me know that my car YET AGAIN had not been looked at. Took my car home that night after a wasted 2 days at this god forsaken place, bring it back in today at around 830am because the service advisor John Bretagna said he would have my car done for me and that he would be calling me no later then 12 pm to update me on the status. 5pm rolls around I've heard nothing so I call him on his extension no answer, I call again to the service desk for the woman to tell me he's helping someone okay cool fine I leave her my name and number to have him call me back no call back happened for over an hour so I call again leave him a voicemail on his extension to call me back and another half hour goes by so I have my boyfriend drive me there to find out what's going on with my car at 7 pm. My cars been there all day at this point and I've gotten no call I'm pretty sure they just started working on it when i got there but he told me they had the same guy working on the car who basically had no idea what he was doing last time beats me as to why they would give this guy something to work on that he clearly can't handle. Every time I come here it's a xxxx show I spend forever waiting to speak to someone who just has a bunch of I'm sorry I'm sorry yet no fixing the issues. There's absolutely no communication you have to harass them to find anything out. I'm so done wasting my time here they said my car will be ready by 9pm tonight so wish me luck cause I'm taking my car home ready or not and never brining it back to this xxxx hole. More
