Don’t go here. I would strongly advise not stepping foot in this dealership. My sister in law had just purchased a car from here and since I was also looking into Je I would strongly advise not stepping foot in this dealership. My sister in law had just purchased a car from here and since I was also looking into Jeeps she referred me to her salesman. He was nice, but all over the place. He advised me to fill out a credit app to discuss numbers. I said no need here is my credit score work off of this number and if the numbers work, then I’ll do the credit app. Told me it’s just for their records, and they will not be running my credit, the paperwork gets stored upstairs, but they need me to fill out to discuss numbers. I asked THREE times my credit will not be run, correct, and was promised all three times it will not. Came back to me and said based on the credit score I gave them the numbers wouldn’t work. I said no worries, my credit isn’t the best and I understood. They lied. They ran my credit. I was fuming and called the next day. Spoke to a manager in finance, Charlie. He was beyond rude and condescending calling me “hun” numerous times when I asked him to speak to me respectfully. He told me doesn’t matter that they told me they would not run my credit, I signed the paper so his xxx was covered. To say I was angry would be an understatement. They also advertise up to $5k over book value for your trade. Total bull. Offered me $8k for my Jeep that had 65k miles on it and is fully loaded. That means they would normally offer $3k to $5k? Yeah sure. Okay so now, yesterday, my parents get a call from a Paul at their house to follow up. I don’t live at my parents’ house. I haven’t in 6 years. Nor did I leave their number when I was at the dealer. I called Paul back and he said oh that’s the number we have on your file. Couldn’t tell me why my cell number that I gave wasn’t on my paperwork. Told me a manager would call me back to discuss that matter and try to rectify the situations that I went through. Guess what. No call back. I call this morning and ask for a manager. I get Giuseppe. I tell him about my experiences when I was there last month and on the phone yesterday. He couldn’t tell me why they had my parents house number, told me they sold 50 cars yesterday and were too busy to call me and didn’t know why I was calling because they don’t sell cars over the phone and hung up on me. Real nice place they have here. If you want to be disrespected and treated like a moron, then sure go here. There are a bunch of other dealerships on Long Island who will treat you better. Go somewhere else. More

A nice experience with decent people I went to Security as my first stop to check out some CPO Grand Cherokees, because they had the most inventory in the area and seemingly decent prices I went to Security as my first stop to check out some CPO Grand Cherokees, because they had the most inventory in the area and seemingly decent prices. I never made a second stop. We found the right car on their lot, negotiated a fair price, and I drove off in it that same day. The car is mainly my wife's car and she wasn't with me when I took it home, so we redid the "delivery" a few days later so she could learn all about it. She loves the car and I enjoyed the experience. I will definitely recommend Security to anyone interested in a Jeep/Chrysler product. More
