Horrible customer service Made an appt for a recall was given two weeks out. Had my car for 2 days with no phone call. When I called for an update I was told “they are waiting Made an appt for a recall was given two weeks out. Had my car for 2 days with no phone call. When I called for an update I was told “they are waiting on the technician”.... meanwhile they never started working on the car. What is the point of an appointment ?? Then the girl at the desk was extremely rude and had a nasty attitude. Would definitely not recommend going here. More
ONE UNHAPPY CUSTOMER (MULTIPLE TIMES) I purchased a CPO Jeep in 2013 from Security. From DAY ONE, the Jeep was nothing but trouble as well as the service. Diana is the ONLY Service Advis I purchased a CPO Jeep in 2013 from Security. From DAY ONE, the Jeep was nothing but trouble as well as the service. Diana is the ONLY Service Advisor who cares about the customer. You know there is issues when every time your vehicle needs to come in for service (major issues) there is a NEW service advisor. I had the Transmission replaced BY Jeep under warranty in October 2017. Less than 800 miles put on this vehicle I came home to find a driveway full of Transmission Fluid. Jeep had to now be towed in. Took 2 days for an advisor (yet another new one) to contact me. Tells me if the jeep will be there for more than a couple of days he would reach out to me so a loaner vehicle can be provided. As agreed upon with the purchase. Well 5 days goes by and NO CALL. I had to call and be put on hold for over 15 minutes until I just hung up (that was a Friday). ran into a friend of mine in the automotive industry and he actually made a call for me. Miraculously the jeep was done. MMMMM how come a phone call was never made to tell me this. This "Service Advisor" was not in. Once again, Diana knowing my past history with this heap of xxxx called me back immediately and apologized and said the jeep was ready. I can understand a screw, nut bolt come loose after repairs, but an entire tranny pan loose. you have got to be kidding me. I leave a message the day of the issue with the Jeep for Bill the Service Mgr and he doesn't even have the courtesy to return my call. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALER. More
Disgusted with the lack of integrity at this dealer I purchased my Jeep a month ago and it’s already having electrical issues. It took ten phone called to get security Jeep to take my car In, I just got it back yesterday and not only is the problem not fixed my car was covered in clay mud inside and out and the side of my car looked like it was side swiped. It was Covered in scratches from front to back, chips of paint taken off the handle and a ding on the door bigger than a quarter. I’m beyond disgusted with this dealer and their employees. They have no integrity and no moral principles, How can they have no respect for people’s property especially when a lot of money was spent. It’s appalling and unbelievably ghastly that I can’t trust my vehicle at the dealership I purchased it from. Even more horrifying that they don’t take a safety issue seriously. More

We are a service business and need our trucks on the road so our techs can go out and work. They have had our truck since Monday, which was a pre-scheduled appointment, today is Thursday and we are picking it up to bring it elsewhere. The last time we had our truck in for service, I called in after several days to check on it and was told "the truck has been in the shop all day, we are just waiting for the diagnosis." All our trucks have gps tracking, that was a lie, the truck was parked in a lot across the street and never moved. This is not how you do business and then go on the radio and advertise yourself as the number 1 dealer on Long Island? Not even close. More

The service center to very poor and needs to be reorganized with new experienced staff. Remember the sales team gets you the customer but the service team keeps the customer. Everything went smooth and I was assured that it was an isolated incident when I originally had major problems making an appointment. More

Worst service on Long Island This place has been a complete night mare to deal with. My fiancé wont get in the car she is scared. Because nobody at Security Chrysler Jeep really understands the problem. Not even their master mechanic who apparently is does not exist after my fifth conversation with their service advisors. They are relying on a Chrysler blog to fix a combustable fuel issue. Gives you a warm fuzzy safe feeling doesn't it. Think about that while you put your child in his safety seat of your jeep. More
Mistake I figured I buy myself a new car for my birthday. So I went to this dealership and made it happen. One month later my engine blows so now there's a a hole in my engine block. I'm stuck in a different state and this dealer would not help me. Now they are making me pay for a car I'm not even using. Within one month the car has broken down twice. I'm lost for words. This dealership will not answer my calls nor will they call me back when i leave messages. I cannot fathom how they are making me pay for a car that I will not be using for a month until they put in a new engine. Horrible experience More
