FANTASTIC experience with Serra Ford of Rochester Hills, MI!!! I purchased a used 2017 Shelby GT350 that only had 1,564 miles! I went in one evening near closing and Toubee was more than happy to take the MI!!! I purchased a used 2017 Shelby GT350 that only had 1,564 miles! I went in one evening near closing and Toubee was more than happy to take the time and show me the vehicle. I went home and sat on it for 24 hours and then finally discussed it with my wife. I got the green light and raced over to drop a deposit - hoping it was still available. It was! Yippie! Everyone was awesome from Professional Sales Rep Bailey and her assistant Toubee, and used Sales Manager James and the entire staff. The car was beyond shined up at time of pick-up and a full tank of fuel. I'm very pleased, had a great experience, and I would highly recommend Serra Ford!!! More

I have been dealing with this dealership for over 35 years and they have the very best sales people in the business. I dealt will Bru ce Robinson for over 30 years and he was the best at taking care of years and they have the very best sales people in the business. I dealt will Bru ce Robinson for over 30 years and he was the best at taking care of his customers. Now I have been dealing with JR and Michele Dargis and they have the same qualities in dealing with theit customers as Bruce did. All of my family go there to buy their cars and have always been very happy with the service they have received. I highly recommend Michele and JR as contact people to buy you car from. More

I was treated over the top well by Shawn, Jacob, Lucy and Daryl. The cashier (sorry I never caught her name) and the porters were great too.
