I had a great experience with Serra’s Service Department recently, thanks to Lucy! Even though the schedule was full, she went out of her way to get me in same day which I really appreciated. She also arranged a loaner vehicle for me on the spot—huge help! Jacob the rental manager was extremely friendly and very efficient in getting me out the door in my loaner! My vehicle issue was resolved and ready for pickup next day. The whole process was smooth, professional, and customer-focused from start to finish. More
