There was no waiting. Everything Angelo told us happened at the time he said it was going to happen. He introduced me to the business manager and he also took me to the cashier where I paid my bill. Everything was done in a matter of a couple of hours on a Friday. When we returned on Monday, the car was ready, washed and full of gas. I signed the paper work and was gone within two hours. My experience was one of courtesy, respect, and forthrightness, where the sales rep was willing to make a deal and did not try to provide me with a "snow job" where things he was saying were not true. A very good experience all around. More

Exceptional Experience I have been leasing vehicles with Huntington Ford of Rochester Hills for over four years now. Today I took delivery of my third vehicle, 2016 Ford Fus I have been leasing vehicles with Huntington Ford of Rochester Hills for over four years now. Today I took delivery of my third vehicle, 2016 Ford Fusion. This is also my second deal with salesman Dennis Willard. I received a courtesy call from Dennis earlier in the week to make me aware that I was eligible for early lease termination. This was a very welcomed call. I appreciate him taking the time to let me know that the option was available. I went to meet with him later that week. In the years since my previous lease, a Ford Focus, I have had numerous changes in my personal life and credit status. Dennis looked into every possible rebate and discount available to myself and my husband. He worked with the finance department to get us the best possible deal he could obtain with what little we were able to bring to the deal. We left feeling very satisfied with our lease and very impressed with our salesman. Dennis is a very low pressure salesman who asks the appropriate questions to help get you into a vehicle best suited to your needs. He is a salesman who makes you feel as if you are his only concern even though he has other customers waiting as well as a numerous incoming calls.
