Norman was helpful and friendly. He certainly deserves a 5 star rating. The rest of the dealership process was a little slow and we had a lot of waiting around. 1. Service Department failed to reset the OIL LIFE monitor, two days after getting the oil changed I started to receive alerts from the Ford Pass stating time for oil change. 2. I communicated to the Service Department NOT to redeem any of my Ford Pass Rewards and I will pay via credit card....instead they disregarded my request. I was going to use my rewards towards my personal vehicle and not a company owned vehicle. 3. Serra Ford charges .99 cent DOCUMENT RENTENTION FEE....REALLY, is the SERRA AUTOMOTIVE GROUP hurting that bad that they charge their customers .99 cents. THE VALET SERVICE THEY OFFER WAS GREAT, THE TWO GENTLEMEN THAT PROVIDED THIS SERVICE WAS PROFFESIONAL AND FREINDLY. More
