Quick repair and very helpful customer service Dan was great to work with - he let me know up front that the issue that I was experiencing was likely related to a warrantied issue. He explained the process well, ensured that I was all set with transportation, and let me know that I could expect to have my car repaired by the end of the day. A couple hours later I received a call letting me know my car was ready and that the issue was, in fact, related to the warranty issue. Great experience! More

After some confusion and screw ups on how the funds would get to the dealership on the bank side Greg jumped in and helped me get the vehicle out the door as quickly as possible.
