Great service I had my car in for service and the process was very easy and stress-free with Greg. Top Notch I bring my 2009 Flex there for service. Dan Sigler is my guy! I know my truck is a little bit older... But Dan always makes sure I am comfortable wi I bring my 2009 Flex there for service. Dan Sigler is my guy! I know my truck is a little bit older... But Dan always makes sure I am comfortable with the repairs needed and the price! Great Experience I would just like to say that I was more than pleased when Matt Weyers called me to let me know that a recall for my vehicle was still outstanding and I would just like to say that I was more than pleased when Matt Weyers called me to let me know that a recall for my vehicle was still outstanding and wanted me to come in to have it repaired. Not people of their word shoddy work. Based on the following: verbal abuse from Huntington Body shop employee Ron Schumaker, shifty talk from both body shop employees Ron and Al, not follo Based on the following: verbal abuse from Huntington Body shop employee Ron Schumaker, shifty talk from both body shop employees Ron and Al, not following my direction to do what I agreed to, despite being told multiple times, not installing the grille properly, not painting the scratches as asked and told could be done (Ron did provide a small jar of base paint for me to do the work), charging me for 1.0 man hour of paint labor and supplies totaling $72.00 not provided, and crisp depressions in the passenger seat leather surface because something with sharp edges was put on it, I will avoid and highly recommend against anyone using Huntington Ford. More

Above and beyond in service This dealership went above and beyond in customer service! I had an issue with my 2013 Edge that was causing my radio stations to seek. Friendly Fast Service I came in a few weeks ago for major engine repair. My vehicle was running rough so I brought it back into Dan yesterday. He diagnosed it for me at N I came in a few weeks ago for major engine repair. My vehicle was running rough so I brought it back into Dan yesterday. He diagnosed it for me at NO charge. He got me right in and really stood behind his work. It ended up being something totally different, but Dan still gave me a great, fair deal to repair. Picked it up last night and it's running great! I will be back to see Dan again. More
