If I had the option I’ll give David and Jason six stars for their work, very professional, respectful, and great costumer service. All transactions were conducted with David over the phone, I live in Sacramento, just over 100 miles away from the dealership, and due to work schedule and distance to the dealership, I needed to wait until the weekend to pick up 2018 Expedition Max. After I expressed my issue Jason called and said “we can bring the car and all paperwork to you”. That’s the kind of service that deserves all the starts. A painful process was made very easy and customer friendly. Second, the staff has gone above and beyond numerous times to help me. When I returned my lease, I left items in my car. Seth helpfully called me, and then drove them to my neighborhood as a courtesy. And whenever I need something on my account, they are prompt with their communication and ready to help. Serramonte Ford commits fraud The service department commits fraud. They claimed to have done a bunch of service on my car and later I find out at least one of the service items wa The service department commits fraud. They claimed to have done a bunch of service on my car and later I find out at least one of the service items was never done. Who knows if they actually did the other work they claimed to do. They charged me over $1,000 for this work with terrible customer service and communication throughout the process. Steer clear of this dealership. More
