I take a consultative approach to sales and find out as much as I can about my clients to best guide them to products to meet ALL their needs. I was born in Cleveland but moved to Florida at age 8 and grew up in a small village, Melbourne Beach. I graduated from the University of Florida -- a BIG Gator fan -- and have an MBA from Northern Illinois University. I have also lived in Denver (5 yrs), Chicago (11 yrs), Los Angeles (1.5 yrs) and now San Francisco (since 2008). I live in The City with my Toy Fox Terrier, Peanut. We like to roam the parks and beaches throughout the Bay Area. I love to travel, with much of that time dedicated to visiting my family (Mom & Dad, 2 sisters, 1 brother, 3 in-laws and 14 nieces and nephews). Come visit me at Serramonte Ford. Almost all my deals end with hugs (virtual hugs for now)...and could you not use a hug (virtual or otherwise) right about now?

Made appt to see new car, dealer sent confirmation, when I arrived the salesman who offered to show me the car was unavailable and the car was sold. I live out of the area so this was a real effort. I am absolutely thrilled that I went to Serramonte Ford for my new vehicle purchase. I cannot say enough about the wonderful and professional service that Michael "Seth" Banko gave me. His whole approach f for my new vehicle purchase. I cannot say enough about the wonderful and professional service that Michael "Seth" Banko gave me. His whole approach from a test drive, sit down for the price negotiation, and his overall knowledge of the beginning to finish process was so well presented that I am still in awe. There was not even a hint of sales pressure. If I simply said that I was not interested in a certain added feature or extended warranty package for example, that was it, we moved on. When he handed me the new vehicle book folder, he pointed to his card to me and said that he was my contact person with any question or issue I may have in the future at Serramonte Ford. That was very reassuring and showed his passion and interest in his work and the customers that he meets. Seth delivered the vehicle to me on time and gave me additional instructions and information at my home. After 27 years of not purchasing a new car, I could have never found a better dealership and sales person for my purchase. I have already told numerous family, friends, and neighbors about my wonderful experience !! Thank you so much for making this experience so positive !! Kevin in the finance dept. was very friendly and very professional. He knew every step of the final purchase process extremely well.
